Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and direct bank transfer. Select packages also offer EMI options through our payment partners — ask your trip captain at the time of booking.

Advance & Balance Payment

A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received — typically 25–30% of the total package cost, depending on the trip. The remaining balance is due per the schedule shared in your itinerary, usually no later than 15–30 days before departure. Festival packages with limited inventory (like Tomorrowland or major music festivals) may require a higher advance due to third-party ticket and accommodation blocks.

Currency & Taxes

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. International vendor charges (visa fees, resort fees, local taxes) are billed separately where applicable and communicated upfront.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Failed or Delayed Payments

If the balance payment isn't received by the due date, we'll reach out before taking any action — but a missed deadline can affect confirmed inventory (flights, hotel blocks, festival tickets) and may require rebooking at current rates.
