Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received. Full payment schedules are shared at the time of booking and vary by trip.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on third-party vendor policies (hotels, airlines, festival organisers). Exact terms are shared with your itinerary before you pay.

Travel Documents

You're responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visa. We assist with the visa process but approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

Liability

Core Memories Club acts as a facilitator between you and third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, festival organisers, local operators) and is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by those vendors or events outside our control.
